{"id":2269,"date":"2019-01-19T16:13:14","date_gmt":"2019-01-19T18:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.miralop.cl\/?p=2269"},"modified":"2019-01-19T16:13:16","modified_gmt":"2019-01-19T18:13:16","slug":"escandalo-denuncian-violacion-durante-fiesta-en-casa-de-fiscal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.miralop.cl\/index.php\/escandalo-denuncian-violacion-durante-fiesta-en-casa-de-fiscal\/","title":{"rendered":"ESC\u00c1NDALO: DENUNCIAN VIOLACI\u00d3N DURANTE FIESTA EN CASA DE FISCAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Familiar aprovech\u00f3 ausencia del jefe del Ministerio P\u00fablico de Natales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una fiesta, una denuncia y consecuencias que pueden ser graves, podr\u00edan ser el resumen del caso que se encuentra investigando la PDI en Puerto Natales y que da cuenta de un presunto hecho ocurrido al interior del domicilio del fiscal de esa ciudad.<br>\nLos antecedentes indican que mientras el jefe del Ministerio P\u00fablico de Natales, Cristi\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz, se encontraba fuera de la ciudad, un familiar realiz\u00f3 una fiesta en la vivienda del fiscal, tras la cual una de las participantes denunci\u00f3 haber sido v\u00edctima de una agresi\u00f3n sexual.<br>\nTras la denuncia, el caso pas\u00f3 a manos a la Fiscal\u00eda de Punta Arenas, que orden\u00f3 que las diligencias queden a cargo de la Brigada de Delitos Sexuales y Menores, Brisexme, de la PDI.<br>\nLa denuncia fue efectuada por la presunta v\u00edctima, una joven mayor de edad, se hizo efectiva ante Carabineros hace poco m\u00e1s de dos semanas, y hasta el momento no existen detenidos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Familiar aprovech\u00f3 ausencia del jefe del Ministerio P\u00fablico de Natales.
